They will be handed out and available for sale before and after school beginning Tuesday morning (May 21st) at 7:45. If you did not pre-order one and would like to purchase one, there will be a limited amount sold. It will be a first come, first serve situation.

Mora High School's FIRST Robotics team competed at the DECC in Duluth on March 7th - 9th. 

Out of 98 teams, they finished the competition with a rank of 31st.  For much of the event the team did have a ranking of 9th but fell back in the last day of competition.

The Robot is designed to shoot frisbees at various targets and then climb a steel pyramid to obtain points.

NAVIANCE NOTE:
Seniors should visit the Mora High School website: www.mora.k12.mn.us, click on the high school and then click the "Naviance Link" to fill out 4 online surveys. Completing all 4 surveys will take less than 5 minutes. The first 3 surveys, "Where are they going?", "Graduation Survey" and "Do you have a plan?" will be used to gather information on your post-graduation plans for the commencement program. The third, "Exit Survey" allows students to evaluate their school experience. If you need your registration code or have any trouble accessing the surveys, see Brigett in the Student Services Office.
Please complete these surveys by May 3, 2013.

 Mora High School Physical Education students shared their "fitness oomphys" with 3rd graders March 15.  High School students led the 3rd graders through some fitness activities while sharing why "Fit IS it!" in their lives.  Dressing up in "healthy" food choices helped the high schoolers raise enthusiasm for "Fit IS it!"

Please be aware there is to be NO PARKING on the south side of the street (Maple Avenue) in front of the high school.  For safety purposes, this is posted as "no parking" and the police are monitoring it.
